We Need Your Input

Council wants to hear from people across the Singleton community about natural hazard risks and ways to reduce them. We cannot stop natural hazards like heavy rainfall and heatwaves from happening, but we can reduce how exposed and vulnerable we are, decreasing the risk of these events turning into disasters.

Your insights will help shape practical actions to strengthen community capacity and protect what matters.

You can help us:

  • Better understand how natural hazards – including flooding, bushfire, heat, storms and earthquakes – affect our region
  • Identify and prioritise actions to reduce risk
  • Recognise local strengths that can support community capacity

You can provide input online or at face-to-face events. Keep an eye out for upcoming events that will be advertised on Council's website and social media.
